Passport Club & Wreck Room Grille - Vail, Colorado

This Gold Peak project consisted of both a private ski club renovation and public cafeteria construction, completed on a fast track schedule during the shoulder season. Tenant renovation for the club area included a new common lounge, TV and computer room, locker rooms and amenities. The restaurant space was completely gutted to create a new cafeteria with kitchen and dining areas and an outdoor grille area. R.A. Nelson also built a new entryway to the ski school facility, resulting in a total face lift for the high-profile building at the base of Gold Peak.
