| Mezzaluna's new space is housed within the Lionshead Lodge at the base of Vail Mountain, required extensive renovation and design coordination within a tight construction schedule. The fast track, seven-week timeframe required the team to complete all work and hand over a fully functioning restaurant in time for the business' grand opening. The scope of work included design build systems for all the MEP equipment, two kitchens, a dining room, an artisan bar, two pizza ovens and the adjacent lodge lobby. The lodge remained open and completely operational throughout the duration of construction.
