This project consisted of 16-unit clusters of high-end residences on the Gore Creek. It was a success due to the collaborative pre-construction efforts with the entire design and building team. Conscientious environmental processes and procedures incorporated into the project approach. Owner garages and guest parking accessible via a unique undergound tunnel. This project has distinctive European architecture with high-end interior finishes.
