Dobson Ice Arena - Vail, Colorado

The renovations at Dobson Ice Arena included the replacement of an NHL-sized ice rink slab, refrigeration system, redesign of locker rooms and public restrooms, and the addition of new office and meeting space. The challenges occured with limited site area, fast-track shoulder season timeframe, and ongoing Town of Vail activities with the neighboring community facilities and within the rink itself. We successfully completed the project in time for the busy winter season.
