Old Greenwood Pool & Tennis - Lake Tahoe, California

Registered and built to LEED-NC 2.1 standards, the pool & tennis facility is a fun and functional example of sustainable building. The project was the winner of ASID's "Hospitality Over 10,000 square foot" category in 2005, gaining national attention for its environmental design. R.A. Nelson's extensive preconstruction efforts and collaboration with the design team resulted in successful value engineering and many innovative solutions for the community club.
