Old Greenwood Pro Shop - Lake Tahoe, California

The Pro Shop was designed to meet LEED 2.1 standards, creating a sustainable standard for the Old Greenwood neighborhood. The building gathered national attention as an award-winning ASID project for "Outstanding Sustainable Design". The facility has set the bar for many new golf clubhouses throughout the country. As General Contractor we oversaw all construction as well as the related infrastructure. Challenges included managing a geographically diverse design team and subcontractor base and successfully meeting the agressive schedule.
