Old Greenwood Townhomes - Lake Tahoe, California

Old Greenwood is a cottage community located on an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Championship Golf Course in Truckee, California. Phase 1 consisted of two duplex units and a triplex: all high-end fractional ownership townhomes. Extensive value engineering and preconstruction efforts helped create a cost effective project, leading to successful presales and a highly-coveted product. R.A. Nelson was instrumental in leading the collaborative process, an approach that helped determine the level of finishes and economy of scale needed to move forward on the rest of the 80-unit development.
