This project consists of 15 luxury condominium units with an exercise facility, pool and hot tubs, lobby, and an underground parking structure with a tunnel to Phase I. The property has extraordinarily unique custom finishes throughout. The project was a fast-track schedule with little to no lay-down area. Value-engineering was identified for unique upright sprinkler systems resulting in schedule and budget savings.
