Honga's Lotus Petal - Telluride, Colorado

Honga's was a complex remodel that included a complete demolition of the prior restaurant space and all the challenges associated with renovating a historic building. The new construction included a full commercial kitchen, sushi bar, Kotatsu dining space, bar and multi-level dining area.
