At R.A. Nelson, it begins with people. Employees, partners, consultants and clients are the true building blocks of every project we undertake. It’s no secret that we put a high priority on working collaboratively, developing long-lasting partnerships, and building for repeat clients. We’ll never rest on our laurels, but we’re proud of our accomplishments to date – and it all happens because of the people involved.
Our employees: With a current average tenure of nine years, the folks at RANA know what they’re doing. We promote from within, review career paths with our employees each year, and provide ongoing education, no matter what the economic climate.
Our Partners: Over three decades of building have lead to strong and successful ties with subcontractors and suppliers. Our database is over 3,000 subcontractors deep, and we continually forge new relationships with like-minded partners.
Our Consultants: The innovative and solution-minded architects, designers and consultants we work with make us look good. As a thank you, we do our best to bring our expertise to the table early and often. Sharing information across the board allows us to uncover potential difficulties before the shovel ever hits the dirt – and that’s the kind collaborative process we enjoy.
Our Clients: As a general contractor, we all brag about our percentage of repeat clients, but this much we know: every project has it’s challenges and if the client comes back to consider us again, we’ve not only done our job, but we’ve proven we can handle the next one. Over the past three decades, we can attribute 80% of our work to the good people we’ve built for before, whether they undertake another endeavor or recommend us to their colleagues.
