Starbucks - Squaw Valley, California

Starbuck’s tenant finish was a fast track project; a sixty day schedule that demanded extensive collaboration with multiple team players. The diverse mix of players included the Seattle Starbucks program team, Intrawest Retail Group, local California authorities, regional subcontractors and R.A. Nelson. R.A. Nelson worked with a tight and complicated floor plan that involved forty core holes and a structural slab over the parking structure below. Logistics within the plaza and working around existing businesses proved challenging as well. Despite the obstacles, the project was delivered on time and on budget.
