Top of the Village - Aspen, Colorado

Great coordination between the homeowner's assocation, the architects and R.A. Nelson allowed the team to side step a number of potential disruptions during construction and stay on track. As with many of the complexes in Snowmass Village, limited site access and single point entry were some of our biggest challenges. Innovative logistics and well run site enabled the project to run smoothly. Scope of work included extensive courtyard upgrade, total restructuring of all stairwell towers and elevator shafts, adding new paint and stucco, and replacing over one mile of hand rails. The project took place over three separate shoulder seasons.
