Brother's Grille - Snowmass, Colorado

The Brother's Grille project consisted of a complete restaurant and kitchen renovation with new kitchen equipment, new dining area, new bar and new slope side storefront windows. Although the restaurant was completely closed during the remodel, we worked closely with the Silvertree Hotel in order to allow the lodging side of the business to remain fully operational with minimal disturbance. Special attention was given to delivery logistics, condensed work hours and above all, constant communication with the hotel staff. We successfully delivered the new space within 72 days; open in time for the ski season.
