Ongoing Communication: Providing a multitude of ways to communicate with us after we’re off site. We maintain a web-based, post-construction file on every project we build, making it easy to access information required for quick and efficient decisions. Clients can contact us via phone, text, e-mail, or their own project specific warranty website.
Upgrade Expertise: Seamlessly accommodating any renovations, tenant improvements, additions or energy efficient upgrades that a property may need. As building and tenant’s needs change over the years, clients need a trusted resource. At R.A. Nelson, we’re experts at providing improvements for existing buildings. Our renovation division works closely with our pre-construction department to provide everything a new structure would require – and more.
