| 80/50 consists of 27 luxury condominiums in two buildings with underground parking, full amenities and retail space. By practicing environmentally friendly "deconstruction" of the old site building, over 85% of the existing material was either sold or reused on new construction, thus diverting it from the landfill completely. R.A. Nelson provided extensive preconstruction efforts, sustainable building ideas, and mountain construction expertise.
