80/50 Private Residence Club - Mammoth, California

80/50 consists of 27 luxury condominiums in two buildings with underground parking, full amenities and retail space. By practicing environmentally friendly "deconstruction" of the old site building, over 85% of the existing material was either sold or reused on new construction, thus diverting it from the landfill completely.
