Shadowrock, Phase 1 - El Jebel, Colorado

Shadowrock, an eco-friendly and energy efficient development, is pursuing the USGBC’s LEED® for Homes certification. Townhome features include reduced operating costs, improved indoor air quality, more comfortable and effective heating and cooling systems and reduced water usage. Thirty units have been built to date. Madison Partners chose R.A. Nelson as general contractor early in the process because of our experience with prior LEED® projects, our strong presence in the Roaring Fork valley and our ability to add real value to a project. The team’s focus on a collaborative approach has lead to many creative solutions.
