Sonnenalp Golf Clubhouse - Edwards, Colorado

The renovation of the clubhouse consisted of a 5,000 square foot addition and a complete overhaul of the existing facility. Within the building itself, R.A. Nelson built a new commercial kitchen, dining and bar area, club room, golf cart storage and entry corridor. There were substaintial upgrades in civil, mechanical and electrical services as well. The new outdoor terrace included a commercial barbeque patio, two large outdoor pools, three water features, a snack bar and a complete renovation of the surrounding landscape. R.A. Nelson headed up a talented team that relied on collaborative efforts and innovative solutions to successfully complete the project.
