Cordillera Lodge & Spa - Edwards, Colorado

The renovation consisted of removing existing slate roof and replacing with a new tile roof, as well as demolishing and rebuilding the exterior decks. This fast-track project was started in late fall and completed by Christmas, ahead of schedule. Over 80% of the existing roofing was reused on other projects and over 50% of the decking material was donated to the local RECON and Habitat for Humanity Resale facilities for resale to the general public. The lodge remained open and operational throughout the entire construction duration.
