Eagle River Presbyterian Church - Avon, Colorado

This project was proceeded by numerous collaborative sessions, determining the priorities of the new sanctuary, fellowship hall, kitchen and classrooms. The result is a casual, mountain-inspired worship center, punctuated with stunning Glu-Lam trusses in the sanctuary; high, open ceilings in the library; and a full-service kitchen adjacent to the narthex. While under construction, the jobsite was a model for low-impact sustainability: there was recycling for multiple materials on site, "lumber only" and "cardboard only" dumpsters, and a team that used alternative transportation to get to work every chance they got!
