Castle View Duplexes - Eagle, Colorado

The Castle View Duplexes were the fifth successful partnership between R.A. Nelson and the developer's parent company, Wright & Company. Extensive value engineering and preconstruction services helped achieve a realistic and marketable budget, creating a new product for the neighborhood that boasted record breaking presales. Working in close conjunction with the client, we were able to offer affordable luxuries to the homeowners - all of whom were local Eagle County residents.
