Little Raven Brownstones - Denver, Colorado

This award winning project was built on a former "brownfield" site, requiring extensive soil mitigation due to its previous use as a coal site. The new construction features underground driveways and garages for each individual unit, a diverse mix of exterior materials, and high end custom interior finishes. The glass, brick, steel and stone facades have made the visually diverse structure really stand out in downtown Denver. Little Raven Brownstones were named "Best Loft Project 2005" by BUILDER Magazine, a Gold Nugget award given out for excellence and exceptional value within the building community.
