Village Walk Residences - Beaver Creek, Colorado

R.A. Nelson worked closely with the entire development and design team to create the 13 duplex style luxury homes at the base of Beaver Creek. Some of the main challenges included working adjacent to Forest Service land and the ski resort, laying utilities and providing 24/7 access to Beaver Creek's only fire station. Nearby wetlands and tight site constraints were issues that the team overcame as well. Our unique "Buyer Change" program successfully managed over one million dollars in high end custom changes throughout many of the units, with RANA's dedicted coordinator supplying personalized service to each everyone of the homeowners.
