Elk Track Townhomes - Beaver Creek, Colorado

With sustainable "deconstruction" as a top priority, 75% of Elk Track's existing materials were resold, reused or recycled. The renovation consisted of new roofs, siding, masonry and exterior stucco on all four buildings. All window trim was repainted and new window screens were added. The existing decks were upgraded with new metal railings and wood posts. New garage doors, entry doors and ski locker doors were added in addition to a new concrete entryway at the garage entry. Exterior fixtures at the units were replaced throughout the project as well.
