Horizon Pass Lodge - Vail, Colorado

Horizon Pass was a highly successful project, focusing on extensive preconstruction services and a truly collaborative process. Limited lot line logistics, a complex design and high altitude winter conditions were a few of the challenges that the project team faced. R.A. Nelson's work included all infrastructure, a pre-cast underground structure, structural steel main levels, and a heavy timber package. The residences boast rich amenities: top-of-the-line appliances, oversized windows, private ski storage lockers, heated underground parking and air conditioning. Owners also enjoy on-site hot tubs, a heated pool, a fitness room, and personalized concierge services.
