Slifer, Smith & Frampton Building - Vail, Colorado

R.A. Nelson built the core and shell of this 3-story office building - and then managed tenant finish work for 80% of the interior space. The building features a steel and stucco exterior, hydraulic elevator, dozens of offices and meeting space. Since the project was a fast-track process from design through completion, we were able to utilize many time-saving effeciencies and innovative solutions to keep the project on schedule.
