Gore Range Natural Science School - Avon, Colorado

R.A. Nelson's preconstruction department has worked closely with the Gore Range Natural Science School's design team in order to help create a vision for the organization's new campus in Avon. Our services have included extensive constructability analysis, value engineering and estimating. The Buck Creek Campus will feature the latest in sustainable building and design: solar panels, vegtated roofs, eco-friendly building and insulation materials, and possibly even geothermal and "grey water" systems. The first building is currently scheduled to break ground in the spring of 2010.
