The Terrace House - Aspen, Colorado

Intensive coordination with the architects, designers and owners allowed R.A. Nelson to produce a successful and well-run renovation at The Terrace House. The scope of work included a complete re-skin of the buildins, new stairwells, new hot tubs, stream restoration, and a 6 foot "bump out" on one entire side of the building requiring new foundations and redesign. We oversaw coinciding interior renovations on 85% of the owner units as well. As a fast track project, we were able to complete all the working in a single summer, enabling residents to get back into their improved units before the ski season began.
