Obermeyer Place - Aspen, Colorado

The success of this award winning Obermeyer project can be credited to the collaborative effort of the developer, architect and entire building team. R.A. Nelson provided extensive preconstruction expertise, design-build input and constructability analysis that proved invaluable for budgeting and scheduling. Once on site, the RANA team was diligent in our efforts to build a project that reflected the owner's commitment to the City of Aspen. This complex, multi-use facility required knowledge of concrete and stick-build techniques; retail build out and multi-level residential finishes, and the ability to build within a heavily trafficked neighborhood.
