The clean lines and contemporary style of the Monarch mesh well with the sustainable materials and innovative systems that have been implemented throughout the project. The full-ownership, free-market condominiums are adjacent to the new Limlight Lodge and will have all the perks and amenities of the hotel. By using a high collaborative preconstruction approach, R.A. Nelson was instrumental in producing time and money savings for the owners. Given the infill nature of the project, the company also made it a priority to keep the neighbors and town abreast of all construction activities.
