Cresta at Arrowhead - Avon, Colorado

R.A. Nelson reached new heights with the Cresta project: nearly half of the 25 units were delivered with a ZERO PUNCHLIST - virtually unheard of in the industry. R.A. Nelson’s High Performance Team also produced a project delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. The project was not without challenges, though. The team provided all infrastructure, utilities and construction in a narrow canyon without disturbing the surrounding wetlands. Many diverse construction materials were used on the exteriors as well (including stone, timber and stucco) which required both a detailed schedule and well-planned logistics.
